An exciting opportunity has emerged within the dynamic organisation, Energy at Work Projects. We are seeking a proactive and organised individual with exceptional attention to detail to join our team as a Training Administrator.

As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties, including managing training projects, filing documentation, planning training schedules, and coordinating daily meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all training projects and meet deadlines.
  • Filing electronic and physical documentation.
  • Plan and coordinate training and coaching schedules.
  • Organise daily meetings and training sessions.
  • Prepare and distribute handouts for training and meetings.
  • Coordinate calibration sessions.
  • Manage training queries email address.
  • Track absenteeism and leave.
  • Take minutes.
  • Manage learner profiles on electronic learning management systems.
  • Place stationery orders for the training department.
  • Assist with new employee orientation.
  • Communicate learner and new start movements to relevant departments.
  • Issue certificates and communicate results to new employees.
  • Plan orientation meetings for new onboarders.
  • Liaise with service providers regarding skills development programs.
  • Compile monthly reports for Management Committee meetings.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • 1 year experience in office administration and contact centre roles.
  • Certificate in Administration is desirable.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management and analytical skills.
