Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to trainers and students.
  • Promote upcoming courses and manage course fee details.
  • Prepare and set up weekly training sessions and materials.
  • Assist with soft skills training and manage enquiries or complaints from students.
  • Maintain accurate course attendance registers and ensure all students are signed in.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role and environment as an administrator.
  • Able to commute to the location.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Great Communication Skills.
