Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional support to hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR administration and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee records management, and onboarding processes.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for software development, logistics, or agricultural roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
