About the Position:

As a Business Development Agent, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities, build relationships with existing customers, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  2. Buid strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales performance.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales calls, and follow-up activities.

Essential Requirements:

  • A university degree or higher, preferably with prior experience in telesales or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to establish effective contact with customers via phone.
  • Proactive and resilient, with a strong sales and service-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with ICT products and industry trends is a plus.
