Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Small Enterprise Development Agency in the Eastern Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional reception and administrative services to our Provincial Office.
- Handle incoming calls, screen and transfer them to relevant staff members.
- Manage the inventory of the reception area and maintain a presentable environment.
- Coordinate diaries for support personnel and manage the provincial office fleet.
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4 qualification is essential.
- Office Administration Certificate will be an advantage.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy with Ms Office skills.
- Customer-oriented with professionalism and neatness.
