Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Small Enterprise Development Agency in the Eastern Cape.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional reception and administrative services to our Provincial Office.
  2. Handle incoming calls, screen and transfer them to relevant staff members.
  3. Manage the inventory of the reception area and maintain a presentable environment.
  4. Coordinate diaries for support personnel and manage the provincial office fleet.

Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4 qualification is essential.
  • Office Administration Certificate will be an advantage.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role.

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills with a good command of English.
  • Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy with Ms Office skills.
  • Customer-oriented with professionalism and neatness.
