About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Pangea Professional Services. As an integral part of our office operations, this role is responsible for supporting executive management and contributing to the smooth functioning of our organization.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit various documents, such as reports and presentations, to ensure accuracy and professionalism
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, providing timely and effective responses
  • Collaborate with the project management team to track deadlines and keep stakeholders informed of progress
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records through efficient filing systems and databases
  • Oversee the ordering and management of office supplies, as well as coordinate equipment maintenance
  • Provide administrative assistance to colleagues to enhance team productivity and efficiency

Essential Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration is highly valued
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment
