Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and execute project establishment initiation activities.
  • Gather and document business requirements through effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Ensure solutions are tested and validated against business requirements.
  • Implement solutions and conduct handovers to operations.
  • Manage projects through their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Contribute to the development of digital solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform first assessments of project ideas to inform the digital project grooming and management process.
  • Facilitate project definition workshops to ensure project scope and documentation are complete.
  • Provide advice on project costs, timelines, resources, and plans.
  • Create and present business proposals to senior management for approval and prioritization.
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of proposed changes on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business value.
  • Investigate and perform business needs analysis to determine business requirements and identify possible solutions.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigating action plans in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Document and circulate business requirements, evaluations, and recommendations for use in project definition and design.
  • Source and evaluate external vendors to support project development and implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops to document current business processes and ensure proposed processes are documented.
  • Consult with IT architects to determine required changes to existing architecture.
  • Ensure integrated functional specifications are developed through consultation with IT system analysis teams and vendors.
  • Analyze data flow requirements and ensure data flow diagrams are documented.
  • Investigate options for solutions, including best practices, based on updated business processes and functional design documents.
  • Undertake feasibility and impact analysis of solutions with key stakeholders.
  • Assist with the documentation of user test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing.
  • Evaluate vendors' products and integration capabilities to ensure solutions meet required standards and design.
  • Obtain sign-off of proof of testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Update the IT service catalogue to reflect proposed changes.
  • Ensure implemented changes are successful once deployed and log issues as required.
  • Update process libraries in line with deployed changes.
  • Coordinate change programs to ensure they are aligned and move along the critical path.
  • Create and maintain the imperative for change, establish priorities, and provide visible sponsorship.
  • Ensure skills, knowledge, processes, organization structure, tools, and training required to deliver change are provided by required parties.
  • Ensure individuals involved buy into the change and actively support it.
