We are looking for a talented Food Technology Professional to join our team at Trending Talent Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and maintaining product composition, product labeling, and specification compliance.

The successful candidate must have a strong background in food labeling legislation and at least 3 years of experience in the meat industry. A BSc in Food Science or a related field is required. Excellent problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and maintain product composition, product labeling, and specification compliance (KPI monitoring).
  • Drive NPD projects in accordance with protocol.
  • Conduct factory trials and feasibility studies.
  • Liaise with relevant suppliers, customers, and government bodies when needed.
  • Conduct factory trials aimed at improved product and process profitability.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. BSc Food Science or related degree.
  2. Strong background in food labeling legislation.
  3. At least 3 years' experience in the meat industry.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
