IT Senior Accounts Manager and Server Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Senior Accounts Manager and Server Specialist to join our team at Hotel and Catering Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
  • Provide exceptional IT support to our staff, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our systems remain secure and optimized.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in server administration and network management.
  • Valid SA Driver's License and own transport.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products, including Office 2010/2013/2016, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019, and Exchange Server 2013/2016.
  • Experience with Google Gsuite setup and configuration is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of DNS/DHCP, networking knowledge, and experience with Ubiquiti products.
  • Helpdesk experience and ability to deliver clear and effective IT support services.
