Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business prospects and drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve daily and annual targets.
- Learn and develop team management and leadership skills.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on performance and progress.
- Matric or NQF Level 4 qualification.
- South African ID or asylum seeker status.
- Residency in Cape Town.
- No prior experience required, but good communication skills are essential.
