Key Performance Areas
  1. Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  2. Process and System Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and optimize logistical processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  3. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance processes and systems.
  4. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Junior Engineers and Technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  5. Workload Management: Prioritize and manage workload to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
  6. Process and System Failure Root-Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze process and system failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • 5 years' or more working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Planning, Cyclic Logistics.
  • Proven track record of successful project management.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Prior automotive experience will be an advantage.
  • B.Eng. Industrial.
  • Master's diploma / NQF level 8 (This would include an Honours degree. Could take 1 to 2 years to complete).
