Requirements:

  • Minimum of a completed degree in commerce, finance, legal, or information systems
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a compliance data role within the asset management industry
  • Strong understanding and exposure to regulatory guidelines, including Reg28, Board Notice 90 & 52, SARB, CISCA, and ASISA
  • Proficiency in compliance software and MSExcel
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and distill it for reporting purposes
  • Excellent deadline management and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
