Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Professional to join our team at MPRTC. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who possesses a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide first-line technical support to employees across various locations, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To ensure seamless IT operations by performing routine maintenance tasks, updating software, and monitoring system performance.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., A+, N+) are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience in workstation setups, hardware upgrades, and software installations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software (preferable in accounting/audit) and basic understanding of cloud servers and server room maintenance.
