An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Nursing Professional to work in an exceptional care centre based in East London.
The care centre specialises in providing accommodation and nursing treatment for individuals with injuries, physical disabilities, palliative care and dementia.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
As a Nurse, your key duties include:
- Acting as a person in charge; standing in for the Manager where required
- Ensuring high standards of care are provided to residents
- Mentoring and motivating colleagues to ensure effective running of the home
- Championing residents' safety and dignity and driving continuous improvement within the service
- Undertaking nursing tasks such as distributing medication, dressings, catheterisations, tube feeding and managing chronic medical conditions
- Liaising with health and social care professionals to maintain a holistic approach to care and well-being
- Promoting residents' independence, choice and dignity by delivering outstanding care
The following skills and experience would be beneficial for the role:
- Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
- Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
- Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services
The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £17.00 per hour and up to £38,896 per annum. Flexible working opportunities and benefits include holiday entitlement, uniform provided, free car park, career progression and pension scheme.
