As a key member of our Buffalo International Logistics team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. With a strong focus on relationship-building and strategic planning, you will work closely with internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure alignment between business development efforts and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies
  • Develop and execute lead generation and sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
  • Collaborate with senior management to define the company's long-term growth strategies
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and company goals

Critical Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field (master's degree is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to identify market trends and capitalize on business opportunities

Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
