Office Operations Coordinator

Creative Leadership Solutions is seeking a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our office activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about administration and has excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have 2 – 3 years' experience in an administrative role, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. National Senior Certificate is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office operations and ensure a smooth workflow
- Provide administrative support to personnel and management
- Maintain accurate records and files
Requirements:
