Job Title: Pre Sales Consultant Johannesburg
Overview: Our company is a leading provider of GRC software solutions, helping businesses leverage technology to achieve their goals.
We are seeking a skilled pre-sales consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of driving business growth through innovative solutions.
Key Accountabilities:- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value of our GRC software solution.
- Develop and submit technical proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our software.
- Build relationships with clients and understand their business challenges, developing solutions to create value.
- Manage Proof of Concept (POC) activities to validate the effectiveness of our software.
- Present the value of our products to clients, advancing the sales cycle and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate revenue through detailed RFIs and RFPs.
- Interact with senior-level clients, understanding their business requirements and recommending the optimal solution.
- Stay current with our full product range and its functionality.
Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong written communication skills, experience in proposal writing and tender responses.
- Experience managing POC activities at customer sites.
- Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
- Confident communication with C-suite individuals.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple projects.
- Well-presented and articulate with exceptional presentation skills.
- Matric certificate.
Details of Experience:
- At least three years of experience in pre-sales consulting, preferably in software solutions.
- Excellent presentation skills to all levels in a business.
- Ideal experience in the Audit / GRC software space.
- Demonstrated passion for the products and domain expertise.
- Resourceful, creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
- Driven and results-oriented.
A fast-paced, team-oriented environment with potential national travel requirements.
Driver's license and own transport are necessary.
Working Hours:07h30 - 16h00 or 08h00 - 16h30 or 08h30 - 17h00.
Compensation Package:R60k - R75k basic salary + performance-related commission up to R1.2m.
