As an Insurance Administrative Assistant at Exclusively Remote, you will play a critical role in supporting our insurance professionals and ensuring seamless case management from initial inquiry to policy issuance.

Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth application processing, as well as tracking and overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to policy issuance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Administrative Coordination: Manage schedules, ensure timely submission of applications, and maintain accurate records.
  3. Sales Process Coordination: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to policy issuance, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  4. Technical Assistance: Assist with PowerPoint presentations and other computer-based tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance administration (life and health insurance preferred).
  • Strong technical proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
