Insurance Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented professional to provide remote support to an insurance expert. This role involves customer service, administrative coordination, and case management from initial inquiry to policy issuance.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-sufficient, and capable of managing tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, manage schedules, and ensure smooth application processing.
- Track and oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to policy issuance.
- Notify the assistant team of new sales, complete necessary documentation, and submit applications to underwriting.
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations and other computer-based tasks as needed.
- Evaluate client documentation for accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
- Work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating diligence and accountability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in insurance administration (life and health insurance preferred).
- Strong technical proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and application submissions.
