The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling and managing contractors/service providers service delivery, financial and contract compliance, and ensuring functionality of the Distribution Centre and office blocks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with OHSAct
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures for each role within the department
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for reporting purposes

  • Manage and train staff effectively
  • Complete KPA's for all staff in a timely manner, identifying needs for training and development, performance management
  • Maintain professional and efficient customer contact
  • Provide regular reports to the Department Head
