Credit Risk Specialist Opportunity

Our company, Career-seekers Recruitment Solutions, is seeking a skilled Credit Risk Specialist to join our team. As a Credit Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of potential clients and making recommendations regarding credit limits, terms, and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review financial statements to assess the company's financial health, profitability, liquidity, and leverage.
  • Understand industry dynamics and market trends relevant to the clients' business.
  • Ensure that credit decisions adhere to the company's credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential clients to assess their creditworthiness accurately.
  • Support legal approval and implementation of credit requirements.

Requirements:
  • BCom degree with Finance and/or Mathematics, Accounting as a subject(s) is essential.
  • At least 4 years working knowledge of credit risk management, within the financial sector is ESSENTIAL.
  • Familiar with National Credit Act is ESSENTIAL.
  • Clean Credit and Criminal Record ESSENTIAL.
  • A valid unendorsed Drivers License (Code 08).
