Dealer Sales Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Passenger Vehicle Sales Planning Specialist in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including stock utilization and dealer support.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Project Management: Manage projects to investigate and propose structural changes to enhance dealer and customer support of passenger products.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance to regional office staff and dealers to ensure seamless implementation of systems and documents.
Requirements:
- NQF Level 6 – (360 credits – 8 level framework) BCom / related.
- Preferably 4 years relevant experience within the vehicle sales and dealer-related environment.
- Experience/exposure in marketing, sales, and dealer business environments.
- PC Literacy (MS Office package - advanced, SAP, e-Toyota, Knowledge of Autostats system essential).
