About the Role:

  • To contribute to the implementation of After Sales Strategic Focus Areas as outlined in the annual After Sales Business Plan.
  • Provide expert consulting services to assigned region and Dealers, ensuring they meet Franchise Agreement requirements.
  • Manage Dealer performance in achieving Customer Experience Management, Parts, and Service business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Dealers to develop and track business plans to meet targets aligned with After Sales strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A recognized 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the motor industry, specifically in Sales, After Sales, or Parts.
  • Knowledge of Service and Parts, including technical applications.
  • Strong understanding of Dealer organizations and structures.
