We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Guy in Newcastle.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial information is provided to management, as well as overseeing the development of direct reports and implementing individual performance plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop staff, including identifying key performance priorities and documenting performance agreements.
  • Liaise internally and share information, ensuring staff in all departments have access to relevant financial systems and information.
  • Conduct financial administration, including advising management on annual and monthly business plans and budgets, and preparing statutory reports and returns.
  • Manage assets, including monitoring cash flow, assessing risks, and implementing systems to minimize potential risks.
  • Prepare and analyze management accounts, including capturing financial data, monitoring departmental performance, and providing monthly statements to departmental managers.
Requirements:
  • Accounting or financial degree.
  • Automotive or motor industry exposure.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of accounting or administration managerial experience within a motor dealership environment.
  • Financial computer literacy.
  • Driver's license.
