Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop and implement human rights monitoring programs in each region, focusing on both Brambles and its value chains.

  2. Conduct thorough salient issue assessments and human rights inspections across Brambles' operations, highlighting any non-conformities and proposing corrective actions.

  3. Support regional teams during SMETA audits of suppliers, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to address identified issues.

  4. Manage the Human Rights Monitoring Program Tracker, keeping accurate records and escalating findings as needed.

  5. Deliver impactful human rights training sessions to relevant stakeholders and plan engaging awareness campaigns.

  6. Undertake internal investigations and compliance risk assessments as delegated, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (law, paralegal studies, or international business).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in law or compliance-related roles.
  • Proven analytical, writing, and research capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Background in corporate compliance within a global organization.
  • Investigation and risk assessment experience.
  • Training delivery expertise.
