Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising and implementing inventory control processes, including GRV, IBT, and BOM procedures;
  • Administering stocktakes across departments, communicating with managers, capturing data, and compiling variance reports;
  • Managing raw material inventory items, updating codes, monitoring levels, and maintaining minimum and reorder levels;
  • Negotiating pricing and placing weekly raw material orders to ensure optimal inventory levels;
  • Resolving non-conformances, returns, and credits in collaboration with departmental management, quality control, and accounts departments;
  • Reconciling pricing on raw materials between purchase orders, invoices, and credits.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in inventory control and procurement, proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, and excellent communication skills. Pastel Evolution and Macro (Warehouse Management System) experience is highly beneficial. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
