About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Growth Director to lead our product marketing efforts, driving growth and adoption across our products.

You will oversee the development and execution of integrated go-to-market strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products and features to market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Marketing a portfolio of products and features, collaborating with the Product, Sales, Brand, and Performance teams.
  2. Acting as a strategic partner, bringing these teams together to drive product growth and adoption.
  3. Developing deep insights into customers, markets, competitors, and regulation.
  4. Broadening the value proposition, positioning, and messaging for these products and features, aligned with customer needs and competitive landscapes.
  5. Maintaining a portfolio view of all products in the company, ensuring cohesive positioning, pricing, and messaging.
  6. Communicating this value proposition through various customer touchpoints, including web, app, email, social media, and other relevant marketing channels.
  7. Partnering with the Performance, Brand, and Sales teams, as well as external agencies, to launch campaigns focused on customer growth.
  8. Establishing and tracking success metrics for launch and campaign performance, continuously optimizing through testing.
  9. Driving revenue growth by improving customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and referrals.
  10. Educating internally about these products, their features, target segments, use cases, and positioning relative to the competition.
  11. Enabling Sales and Support Teams with knowledge and material about these products.
  12. Gathering customer insights from customers and working closely with customer insights teams, data analysts, and product managers to understand and interpret customer segment needs, analyze market trends, and feed these back into product teams.
