About the Role

Cepheid is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Solutions Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business goals and helping our customers to fully understand and utilize the clinical benefits of our technology and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy Execution: Ensure that company strategies are correctly and efficiently executed to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Clinical Education and Training: Maintain education and training activities for clinicians, infection control teams, nurses, pharmacists, and other supporting clinical staff on the clinical impact of Cepheid products and results.
  • Network Development: Establish a strong network with clinicians, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders to develop advocates of key opinion leaders and influencers in healthcare institutions.
  • Customer Database Management: Maintain and update Cepheid customer database, working on support of existing and expansion of future database.
  • Business Development: Create business opportunities with new and existing customers, creating qualified business leads.
  • Product Launch Support: Support Cepheid product launches in the field and at trade shows/conferences.
  • Lead Coordination: Coordinate leads and formulate clinical case studies with key opinion leaders.
  • Technology Implementation: Support Laboratory Departments in implementing Cepheid technology in their facilities.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct Cepheid technology demonstrations, product evaluations, troubleshooting, and application requirements in relation to the products' performance.
  • Channel Partner Education: Provide education and training to channel partners' field force on available Sales and Marketing tools to effectively promote and strategically position Cepheid products.
  • Clinical Data Management: Keep up to date with the latest clinical data generated/shared by Cepheid, presenting and discussing this data on a one-on-one basis with healthcare professionals during congresses, exhibitions, and meetings.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain solid knowledge about international and national guidelines and protocols developed for healthcare services, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting Cepheid strategy accordingly.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Medical (Physician, Clinical Pharmacist, Clinical Laboratory Sciences subspecialty (Microbiology, Molecular biology), infectious diseases) or Master's degree in the field with 0-2 years of related work experience.
  • Experience: +5 years' experience in Saudi healthcare market knowledge.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge in Microbiology, Molecular biology, and infectious Diseases, plus Hematology/Oncology knowledge. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent selling and negotiation skills. Clinical and lab experience is a plus.
