Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join Scholtz Partners International (Pty) Ltd as a Conservation Lodge Specialist. As a Field Guide/Rangers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our conservation efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conducting game drives and bush walks with guests
  • Ensuring a high-quality bush experience for assigned guests
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals
  • Contributing to lodge maintenance and other tasks as needed
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a field guide in a similar environment (Big5 reserve) and at a lodge of similar level (high-end, 5-star)
  • FGASA Level 2 qualification or equivalent
  • Full Trails Guide qualification and the ability to conduct bush walks (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and entertaining skills
  • A team-player mentality and a willingness to collaborate
