Role Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a pivotal role at Hollywoodbets, responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to drive business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective recruitment plans, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce that meets the organization's evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Draft and disseminate compelling job advertisements, both internally and externally, in collaboration with hiring managers to attract diverse talent pools.
  2. Utilize social media platforms, professional networks, and industry associations to source and engage with potential candidates, fostering long-term relationships and a strong employer brand.
  3. Conduct pre-screening interviews, assessing candidate fit against job specifications and eliminating unsuitable applicants to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring the selection of the best candidates and providing recommendations to hiring managers.
  5. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline, comprising a database of qualified candidates, to support future recruitment needs and business growth.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Hollywoodbets as an Employer of Choice and contributing to the development of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance the recruitment brand and develop innovative strategies to address talent acquisition challenges.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and career fairs to build relationships with potential candidates and establish Hollywoodbets as a leader in the recruitment industry.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering strategic sourcing solutions and implementing effective recruitment metrics.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn and utilize company personnel systems.
  • Excellent relationship management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and engage with top talent.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel, if required.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field, with previous experience in a corporate environment.
