Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Sole Searching Buyer to join our team at Sandi Crowther Recruitment. As a key member of our footwear procurement team, you will be responsible for researching, sourcing, and developing products to ensure the best range offering.

Key Tasks:

  • Researching and sourcing products to meet our business objectives
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
  • Preparation for key strategic meetings, including postmortems, seasonal strategies, laydowns, and reviews
  • Analysis of current trade trends and competitor activity
  • Meeting deadlines and managing your workload effectively
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in footwear buying
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for fashion and a creative approach to problem-solving
