RedCloud enables FMCG Brands to seize new opportunities in emerging markets, **facilitates access to more buyers & streamlines operations for Distributors**, and helps Local Merchants spend more time selling products, not searching for them.

The company comprises a highly diverse, dynamic team of driven talented people from over twenty different countries, speaking multiple languages, with a physical footprint in Africa, Europe, and Latin America.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the Trading Volume of FMCG brands, distributors, and wholesalers within allocated verticals
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with brands, distributors, wholesalers and foster new partnerships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Acting as a link between Product Engineering and Pre-Sales Teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process
- Identify and nurture FMCG value chain clusters through existing relationships
- Develop strategy to motivate and drive regular order traffic via the Redcloud Marketplace platform
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
- Negotiate profitable business deals with brands, distributors, and wholesalers
- Report clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

**Experience we think you'll need**:

- Strong understanding of digital solutions across Payments, Ordering, Marketing solutions and B2B marketplaces
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep digital understanding
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
