Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, with a focus on driving operational efficiency, exceptional data analytical skills, and effective communication. They should have a proven track record of delivering results, thinking strategically and analytically about the business and marketing opportunities and challenges, and be able to work cross-functionally to drive consensus and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads, prioritizing targets to strike a balance between short- and long-term growth requirements.
  • Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicating the specific value proposition for their business and use case.
  • Lead efforts on generating and expanding relationships with key partners and associates.
  • Personally lead key business development activities, from the exploratory phase to launch and expansion or partnerships.
  • Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Represent marketing holistically in front of key partners, involving other teams as necessary.
  • Analyze and improve business results of partnerships and other business development activities.
  • Identify, rationalize, and define target market segments and channel strategy for each segment and channel.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
  • MBA.
