Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively execute call procedures, in accordance with the SOP on pre, during, and post-call procedures.
  • Manage stock allocation, by allocating stock according to RSM requirements and stock allocation report.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction by call cycle management, including effective planning of the call cycle as per contact and coverage SOP.

Qualifications and Experience: A Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or Food and Beverage Management is required. Relevant experience in the liquor industry and wine knowledge are also essential. Selling, coaching, and negotiation skills are necessary, with a Certificate in Wine Course (CWA) preferred.

Working Conditions: This role is based in Mpumalanga and requires frequent travel to different locations. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
