Client Journey Manager

We are looking for a Client Journey Manager to lead the development and implementation of client-centric solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional client experiences.

The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in managing product (incl. income statement) and people. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Commerce or Information Technology, and experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications. Strong leadership skills, including directing people, empowering individuals, and providing insights, are essential.

Technical competencies required include economic capital management, evaluating risk management effectiveness, and financial acumen. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in main market clients, personal and private banking, and risk identification, risk reporting, and risk response strategy.
