Bayport Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Quality Assessor to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the overall customer service experience within our acquisition channel.

About the Position
  • This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.

You will work closely with our quality assurance team to develop and implement strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer interactions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or NQF level 4 qualification.
  • 2 years of Call Centre sales experience.
  • 1-2 years Quality assurance experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
