About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced dealership environment and contribute to delivering excellent client service. As a Financial Transactions Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting our F&I consultants with administrative duties such as finance applications and paperwork processing.
  • Loading finance applications and ensuring timely submission to financial institutions.
  • Performing general administrative tasks to support the F&I Department's operations.

You will be working closely with our experienced F&I consultants to provide impeccable client service, explain complex financial transactions, and ensure seamless execution of all transactions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 NCA Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
