In this role, you will be at the forefront of assisting customers in resolving inquiries efficiently and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
About the Role
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and live chat channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and quick resolution of complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist customers and provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role within a contact center environment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional support and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
