Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure peak efficiency.
  • Provide technical and managerial support to operations managers regarding maintenance of the East London portfolio.
  • Ensure operational budget adherence, management of soft services, and other service providers on site.
  • Ensure reliable and safe continuous operation in accordance with statutory requirements and regulations.
  • Plan and monitor projects, ensuring service providers/contractors work effectively and timeously.
  • Oversee asset management/inventory by monitoring stock levels and ordering required supplies.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 + relevant supervisory experience.
  • Experience in facilities and maintenance management.
  • Computer literate.
  • Experience in the property industry will be advantageous.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
