Policy Persistence Expert

The Role
As a Policy Persistence Expert, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating policy cancellation risks, developing targeted retention strategies, and driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to determine policy cancellation risks and identify opportunities for retention and upsell.
- Develop and implement customized retention and upsell strategies tailored to individual customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including follow-up activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of retention and upsell initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including persistency ratios and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the short-term insurance industry.
- Proven track record of success in retention and upsell initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
