Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Administrative Professional to join our team at SPILASTYLE CC in Maitland, Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Branch Manager and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in our automotive sales team. As a Sales and Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for assisting with daily sales, visiting clients, and processing orders. You will also be required to provide telephonic, email, and online communication to build strong client relationships and confirm appointments.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Assisting the Branch Manager with daily sales and visiting clients.
  • Providing telephonic, email, and online communication to build strong client relationships.
  • Confirming orders and processing orders efficiently.
  • Pricing and generating quotes as required.
  • Responsible for processing and generating leads to the sales team to produce sales targets.
  • Confirming appointments, communicating with clients, and updating client records.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • 25-30 years of age.
  • Proven sales processing and pricing experience.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment.
  • Target-driven and a team player.

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a fast-paced office environment, interacting with clients and colleagues, and using computer software to process orders and generate reports. You will be required to use your own transport to travel between clients and branches.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around R7,000 - R8,000 per month, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, and you can expect to work approximately 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities.
