Key Responsibilities- Conduct iterative and adaptive planning and monitoring tasks to estimate, organize, and coordinate BA efforts on large/complex enterprise initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain information and conduct requirements analysis and design definition.
- Manage and maintain requirements and design information from inception to retirement.
- Conduct strategy analysis to define future and transition states needed to address business needs.
- Assess the performance of and value delivered by solutions and eliminate barriers/constraints.
- Execute according to IIBA best practices, agile product delivery, and lean principles.
- Analyze and document requirements based on changes to users, interfaces, processes, data flows, constraints, environments, and non-functional requirements.
- Align requirements with the portfolio's strategic themes, product roadmap, vision, KPIs, and metrics.
- Advanced diplomas or national qualifications.
- Preferred qualification: IT qualification.
- Business Analysis Certificate endorsed by IIBA.
- Safe Certification.
- Minimum 8 years of BA experience.
- Manage multiple IT projects and exposure to complex projects, business exposure, and industry exposure.
- Guiding others on how to effectively use common techniques.
- Wealth Management or/and financial services technical/professional knowledge.
- Research methodology.
