About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst III to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through strategic analysis and solution development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct iterative and adaptive planning and monitoring tasks to estimate, organize, and coordinate business analysis efforts on large/complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain information and conduct requirements analysis and design definition to structure, organize, specify, and model requirements and designs.
  • Manage and maintain requirements and design information from inception to retirement, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging agile product delivery and lean principles.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, business architects, and testers, to ensure seamless delivery of business solutions.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of business analysis experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple IT projects and driving business growth.
  • Advanced diplomas or national first degrees in a relevant field, with certifications in business analysis and related areas.
  • Excellent research, business writing, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business value.
