Key Responsibilities:

  • International Client Management: You'll be the primary point of contact for our international clients, building relationships based on trust and shared success.
  • Global Project Management: You'll navigate different cultures and time zones, ensuring projects move smoothly and exceed expectations.
  • Content Strategy Development: You'll work closely with our creative team to shape and execute digital content strategies that truly connect with audiences worldwide.
  • Project Coordination: You'll manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Campaign Analysis: You'll analyze campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations to continuously improve results.
  • Challenge Resolution: You'll spot challenges before they happen, tackle issues head-on, and find smart solutions to keep things moving forward.
  • Internal Collaboration: You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration every step of the way.

Key Requirements for the role:

  • Proven Experience: 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing or content agency.
  • International Communication: Demonstrated success working with international clients, understanding cultural nuances and communication styles.
  • Digital Savvy: A strong understanding of digital content marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Organizational Skills: Impeccable organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive Mindset: A proactive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
