**About the Role:**
We are seeking a talented Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Kontak Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships, and exceeding sales targets in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in both private and public sectors
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Research new opportunities and expand into untapped markets
- Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and presentations
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and develop partnerships with key stakeholders
- Ensure quality control
- Provide exceptional customer service while focusing on business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and business development within the pharmaceutical or medical devices sectors
- Ability to manage projects, multi-task, and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong administrative skills (Microsoft Office and CRM)
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Friendly, confident, and a team player
- High-level client liaison skills
- Proactive and results-driven
- Passion for developing new business and partnerships
