Administrative Coordinator

Isilumko Staffing (JHB) seeks an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Pretoria West. This is a 3-month contract opportunity that requires exceptional communication skills and proficiency in both English and Afrikaans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Afrikaans
- Manage office appointments and schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide general administrative support to staff
- Maintain a neat, tidy, and welcoming reception area at all times
Requirements:
- A valid Matric certificate is required
- The ideal candidate must reside in or around Pretoria West
- Fluent proficiency in both English and Afrikaans is essential (both spoken and written)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
- A presentable and professional appearance is expected
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial
- Previous reception or customer service experience is advantageous
- A friendly, approachable, and client-oriented demeanor is necessary for success
