Role Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for pinpointing properties that align with our clients' specific needs. This remote opportunity entails thorough research and assessment of potential properties, gathering comprehensive information, and collaborating with our buyers' agents to present viable options to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous eye for detail, robust research capabilities, a genuine interest in real estate, and a talent for discovering ideal properties.
Key Duties:
- Perform extensive research to locate properties that fulfill client specifications.
- Leverage various online platforms, databases, and resources to identify potential property listings.
- Assess properties based on factors such as location, pricing, amenities, and condition.
- Create detailed property reports that include images, descriptions, and essential information.
- Maintain an organized database of potential properties and monitor their progress.
- Engage in regular communication with buyers' agents to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.
- Stay informed about market trends, new listings, and industry changes.
- Assist in preparing presentations for clients, showcasing the most suitable property options.
- Collaborate with the team to refine search criteria and enhance property sourcing strategies.
- Provide management with regular updates and reports on property administration and scouting activities.
Qualifications:
