As a Wholesale Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the performance of the Wholesale department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Wholesale department, including employee supervision and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Wholesale department efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, stock receiving, dispatching, and inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all customs procedures and requirements, as well as HACCP and Food Safety regulations.
  • Manage warehouse operations, including warehouse management systems (WMS) and Health & Safety protocols.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, documenting, and auditing.

**Requirements:**

  • Matriculation certificate.
  • Diploma or degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management (advantageous).
  • Valid Code 08 driver's license and own transport (Code 10 or 14 driver's license advantageous).
  • Forklift license (advantageous).
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Meat or Food industry.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Abaserve.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Fluent in English (essential) and Xhosa (preferable).
