Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Frogg Recruitment SA. The successful candidate will assist the Bookkeeper/Accountant with financial administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Administration: processing and financial recordkeeping and filing
- Assist with analysis and review of supplier data, rebate schedules, debtor & supplier transactions
- Assist with invoicing (Debtors & Creditors) - Loading payments
- Assist with all SARS Statutory submissions and returns
- Invoicing of rebates and promotional activities
- Assist to maintain and update of supplier trade agreements
- Reconciliation of income schedules to financial systems
- Assist with Month-end reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Tertiary Qualification (Preferably in Finance) An added advantage
- 3 years commercial and/or retail experience as a Financial Administrator/Bookkeeper
- Experience in financial and management accounting will be advantageous
- Experience in Sage 300 will be advantageous
- Resilient and flexible, able to adapt to a changing environment
- Advanced level of MS Excel
