- Control purchase orders for administrative purposes, maintaining a high level of organization.
- Maintain the statutory fixed assets register, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Produce supplier and customer master data, as well as manage changes, to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Produce intercompany invoices and credit notes, accurately reflecting financial transactions.
- Manage journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.
- Track and implement financial procedures and controls, maintaining a high level of financial governance.
- Produce daily cash flow forecasts, monthly overheads, and cost analysis, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Provide support with budget and quarterly forecasts, ensuring financial planning and strategy are aligned.
- Produce year-end audit packs and communicate with auditors on queries, ensuring a smooth audit process.
- Produce payroll inputs and monthly VAT and tax submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- BCom Accounting Degree or relevant finance qualification.
- 3 years post-qualification experience, with thorough experience with SAP.
- Immediate availability, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality financial results.
- Solid financial accounting knowledge, understanding of taxation and VAT.
- Thorough and meticulous attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
